LOL - I think what they mean by "come to what" is the food blogging/blog world. As in, how did you get into all the healthy mindsets/eating/knowledge at such a young age? That's my guess.
My question: What do you hope to do with your official credentials when you finish your studies?

Hey!! You have GOT to try tempeh. Any marinade/flava'/method of cooking tofu, translated to tempeh, & you're sure to win! It's strange/grainy at first, but oh gosh, it's my protein of choice!

i noticed in your post about your 10 mile run that you were having stomach troubles that hindered your running. is this common for you? because it is for me and its driving me crazy!! i would love some tips, if you have any, about how to keep your tummy happy during a run. thanks!
